Garfield County

Located in the Southeast corner of Washington State, Garfield County is bordered on the north by the Snake River and on the south by the Blue Mountains, Historically, an agricultural region, Garfield’s business economy is based largely in service, retail and small production. Garfield County’s rich pioneer history lives on in the local preservation of its historic houses, buildings and family farms. The county supports has its own port district, the Port of Garfield, which utilizes waterway transport along the Snake River.
