Economic Alliance of Snohomish County
Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC) represents one of the world’s most concentrated aerospace and defense ecosystems—anchored by the Boeing Everett Factory and Paine Field. Snohomish County supports 30,000+ aerospace workers, 200+ aerospace-related suppliers, emerging space companies including Portal Space Systems, strong defense partnerships through Naval Station Everett and EASC’s Military Affairs Committee, and the region’s Sustainable Aviation Fuels Center advancing next-generation aviation technologies. EASC provides confidential, no-cost assistance to companies exploring expansion, relocation, supply chain partnerships, and advocacy support in Snohomish County.

Economic Development Board of Tacoma-Pierce County
Part of an extensive regional aerospace supplier network, Pierce County is an ideal location for additional aerospace companies. Located near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Boeing’s main manufacturing centers, Pierce County has available land, affordable and dependable infrastructure, and an outstanding workforce. Home to a Boeing fabrication plant and aerospace suppliers such as Toray Composite Materials America, Inc., GKN Aerospace, and Sekisui Aerospace, Pierce County welcomes additional firms and encourages companies interested in expansion or relocation. The EDB is ready to provide free, confidential consulting services to aid in your search for suppliers or a U.S. location.

Greater Spokane Inc.
Greater Spokane Incorporated is the Economic Development organization for the county of Spokane, WA. Located in Eastern Washington, only 30 miles from the Idaho border, Spokane is home to a fast-growing manufacturing cluster that serves diverse industries such as aerospace, medical, agriculture, and alternative energy. Spokane also offers affordable cost of living, a rapidly expanding workforce pipeline, and overnight service to the Puget Sound area and Boeing Ecosystem. Additionally, it is home to the Northwest Manufacturing Alliance, which includes aerospace suppliers across Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

The State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) is funded in part through a grant with the U.S. Small Business Administration and in accordance with Section 632 of Public Law 117-328, State’s total STEP program cost is $1,200,000 of which 75% is Federal Share of $900,000 and Non-Federal Share of $300,000.
