Washington companies such as Inrix, UIevolution, Microsoft and Amazon have pioneered an array of data collection and software features to increase functionality of the connected, self-driving car.
Managing all the necessary data also requires powerful cloud services and Washington tech companies are already providing that, too. Microsoft’s Azure and Amazon Web Services have the capability to handle the information which tells the car everything that’s happening around it on the road.
